Our Process of Insurance Work

Step 01

Once we have accepted the insurance company's claim, we immediately contact the customer to set up an on-site estimate. Under certain circumstances, we can also provide a mobile estimate if necessary.
Additionally, based on the insurance claim we have received, we will inform you about any entitled Excess or VAT payments that are applicable to you through your insurance company.

Step 02

Our estimator will carefully check your vehicle and obtain photographs of the damage as proof for the estimate, as required by the insurance company.

Our estimator will also explain that some structural damage may not be visible until the vehicle is on-site and stripped.

Step 03

After we have inspected the vehicle, the estimate will be done and sent to the engineers for authorisation.

Step 04

After receiving authorisation from the engineer, we will order the necessary parts and check the parts estimated delivery date with our parts suppliers.

Step 05

We will contact you to schedule your vehicle's check-in date, and if recovery is needed, it will be arranged.

Please note that we will only issue a replacement vehicle if authorised by the insurance company and subject to availability.

Step 06

Our technicians will conduct the necessary repairs once the vehicle is brought to our workshop. If there is any additional damage related to the insurance repairs, we will request authorisation from the insurance company to fix it.

It's important to note that if any damage is not covered by insurance, the repairs can still be carried out as private repair work.

Step 07

Once the car repairs are done, we'll do a detailed quality check to ensure everything is in great shape, along with a thorough clean to make your vehicle look as good as new.

Step 08

Once your vehicle is ready, we will contact you to arrange the return of your vehicle to its owner, whether through pick-up or drop-off.

And if you loved our service, we'd really appreciate it if you left us a glowing five-⭐(star) review on Google!

NOTE: Kindly be advised that upon the collection of your vehicle, you must settle any Excess or VAT payments that may apply to you from your insurance company.
